Volcanic Coffee's roaster and owner, Jo Steele has a life long mission for excellent
coffee. Established in Taupo in 2007, Volcanic Coffee has since developed a
staunchly loyal following of coffee lovers. We roast only 100% Arabica beans of the
highest grading from premium growers around the world.

Jo says she is proud to be one of only a handful of female roasters in New Zealand.
"It's a great industry to be in, it's very competitive and you have to have a really good
product, and I certainly believe we have. People will often come up and say our coffee
is the best they have had for years, so that's a pretty worthwhile reward."
